Make risks safe to raise before they become claims

Create practical psychological safety signals that help law-firm teams report risk early.

The move: reward the flag before you investigate the fault. Psychological safety does not mean everyone is comfortable all the time. It means people believe they can take interpersonal risks in service of the work: ask the question, admit the miss, challenge the assumption, or flag the near-miss.
