Do not let completion masquerade as impact
Distinguish activity metrics from evidence of behavior and results.
The dashboard shows 92 percent completion, but quality defects have not moved. What should L&D do next? Add a behavior measure from live claims work and compare it with completion data. Celebrate the completion rate because high participation proves learning worked. Make the module longer so learners spend more time with the content. Switch vendors immediately without diagnosing the transfer barrier. Right: this separates exposure from transfer and gives the team evidence that is closer to the performance problem.
