Create a closing recap that acknowledges what was heard before naming decisions and owners.
A close should prove the room was heard, not only that a decision was made. Many summaries list decisions and owners while erasing the concerns that shaped those decisions. That creates hidden resistance. People may comply, but they do not trust that the meeting understood the risk. The three-lane close Use three lanes: heard, decided, open.
