Listen to silence after the proposal

Choose a response that treats meeting silence as data rather than consent.

Nobody objected. That does not mean the decision is ready. Dante hears silence after proposing a shorter pilot. What should he do next? Name the quiet and check it: "I am noticing silence after the three-week proposal. What risk should we name before moving on?" Right. This uses Level 3 room awareness and makes the silence discussable without accusing the room. Accept the silence as agreement and move to owners while momentum is still high.
