Use MoSCoW to cut discovery sprawl
Apply MoSCoW prioritization to discovery scope so the team protects must-have evidence and defers low-value work.
Discovery scope is a prioritization problem before it is a volume problem. MoSCoW gives the team four plain labels: Must, Should, Could, and Won't this time. The labels matter because discovery teams often use the same language for very different needs. "Relevant" can mean case-critical, helpful, speculative, or politically comforting.
