Measure Transfer, Not Seat Time

Map LMS reporting fields to the four Kirkpatrick levels and identify the missing transfer evidence.

The LMS can prove participation faster than it can prove impact. Kirkpatrick helps you say what the data really means. Level 1 and 2 live inside the LMS Surveys, completions, scores, confidence checks, and attempts can show relevance and learning under course conditions. Level 3 needs work evidence Behavior transfer usually appears in manager checks, system logs, quality audits, ticket notes, observed practice, or workflow data. Level 4 needs the business result Results are the operational outcomes the training was meant to influence. Treat them as contribution evidence, not magic proof from completion alone.
