Use UDL to Reduce Support Tickets
Use UDL to choose LMS options that give learners multiple ways to access, engage with, and demonstrate learning.
Learner variability is normal operating condition, not an exception queue. UDL helps the LMS absorb that variability. Engagement Give learners a reason to care and, when possible, a relevant choice. Choice should be bounded by the same objective. Representation Do not make one medium carry the whole lesson. Pair media with text, diagrams with explanations, and policy with examples. Action and expression Match evidence to the objective. Some outcomes need a quiz; others need a scenario, upload, simulation, discussion, or manager check.
