Use FMEA to rank PM tasks

Prioritize PM tasks by failure effect, occurrence, and detection rather than habit.

A four-hour PM window cannot hold 47 tasks. The team must decide what stays, changes, or moves. FMEA PM review: identify the failure mode, estimate severity, occurrence, and detection, then choose the control that reduces risk.
