Raise the pallet, lower the risk

A repeated warehouse pick changes when the pallet is raised and rotated into the worker’s power zone. Before: the last layer forces low height and long reach. After: the pallet rises as stock drops, keeping the work close. Vertical hand height improved because the bottom layer no longer starts near the floor. Horizontal reach improved because the carton is brought toward the worker instead of making the worker reach into the far corner.
