Use SIPOC to diagnose where service handoffs create callbacks and missed expectations.
The job is bigger than the stop. A route card can make a service look contained: arrive, inspect, treat, document, leave. SIPOC forces the team to draw the full chain so weak inputs become visible before they turn into callbacks.
