Evaluate belt tests beyond applause

Use the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate whether belt tests improve behavior and outcomes after the event.

The move: measure what changes after the belt is tied. Belt testing is both ritual and learning checkpoint. The ritual matters because it creates pride. The checkpoint matters because it tells the school whether training is working. Kirkpatrick helps keep those two purposes separate. Level 1: Reaction Did students and parents experience the test as fair, clear, safe, and motivating?
