Use Just Culture categories to run a fair, learning-oriented clinic incident review.

The move: match the response to the behavior, not just the severity of the outcome. Just Culture is a safety framework that helps leaders avoid two bad extremes: blaming individuals for system traps, or excusing behavior that knowingly puts clients at risk.
