Build the smallest learning loop

Convert a mobile feature idea into a Build-Measure-Learn loop with one measurable assumption.

The move: make the first release answer one question. Build-Measure-Learn turns product work into a feedback loop. First, name the assumption. Then build the smallest behavior that tests it. Then measure the behavior that matters. Then decide whether to continue, change, or stop. For a mobile app, the smallest build is often one thin path through the product: sign in if needed, complete the core action, see a result. Do not confuse small with sloppy.
