The move: start with the customer's job. The Value Proposition Canvas has two sides. The customer side asks: What job is this person trying to get done? What pains make it stressful, slow, risky, embarrassing, or expensive? What gains would make the outcome feel better than expected? The offer side asks: What service do you sell?
