Map agent boundaries with SIPOC

Use SIPOC to define clean input and output boundaries for an agent workflow.

The move: treat every handoff as a process boundary. SIPOC stands for suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, and customers. In agent systems, it answers five questions: who provides the context, what must be present, what job does the agent perform, what does it return, and who uses the result? Supplier The supplier can be a human, database, API, retriever, previous agent, or scheduled event. Name it so freshness and trust are visible. Input The input should be typed enough to test.
