Turn the agent pilot into a learning loop
Use PDCA to define a multi-agent pilot change, measure it, learn from it, and standardize or revise.
A multi-agent support pilot has inconsistent quality because prompt, routing, and memory changes are made together without measurement. PDCA: plan the change, do it in a bounded slice, check results, act on what you learned The common trap is reactive prompt tweaking. It feels productive, but it destroys your ability to know which intervention changed the system. Plan Hypothesis: adding a source freshness gate will reduce stale-source errors on refund tickets from 8% to under 3% without adding more than 20 seconds latency.
