Risk triggers before you ship
Recall common multi-agent risk triggers and the control each one calls for.
Trigger: an upstream artifact can expire. What control fits? Add source, retrieved_at, valid_until, and a block or refresh path when evidence is stale. This targets the failure mode instead of relying on the writer agent to notice. The agents are only recommending, so we do not need launch controls yet. A pilot owner underestimates recommendation risk. Your line Recommendations still shape decisions.
