Commit to a Better Support Conversation

Prepare a concrete script for a support conversation about task, barrier, adjustment, and review. A teammate has hinted twice that the workflow is not working for them. You want to help but do not want to pry or overpromise. Avoidance keeps the barrier in place; overpromising creates a trust debt.
