Keep the event loop free
Explain how the Node.js event loop affects responsiveness in request-handling code.
The reframe: Node.js is concurrent when your callbacks take short turns. The event loop is the coordinator. It moves through phases, runs queued callbacks, and returns to poll for more I/O. That is why Node works well for servers that spend much of their time waiting on databases, files, APIs, and sockets. The trap is treating async syntax as a magic performance shield. async does not make CPU work disappear.
