Walk a port conflict to the real fix
Diagnose a Node.js server port conflict using error code, process ownership, and configuration source.
The failed start The local server prints EADDRINUSE :::3000. The frontend expects port 3000, OAuth callbacks expect port 3000, and a teammate is about to pair with you.
