Organize Notion by Active Outcomes, Not Topics
Classify Notion pages into Projects, Areas, Resources, or Archives based on actionability.
The move: sort by actionability, not subject PARA gives Notion a first principle: put active outcomes closest to your attention. A Project has a finish line, such as "Publish onboarding hub by June 28." An Area has a standard to maintain, such as "Customer education." A Resource is useful background, such as "Good onboarding examples." Archive is inactive but searchable history.
