Run a 5S reset without making it cosmetic
Use 5S workplace organization to complete a practical operational management walkthrough.
Dispatch loses 18 minutes every morning looking for scanner chargers, route sheets, and exception stickers. Buying another charger did not solve it. 5S: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain. Design the workspace so abnormal is visible.
