Run one 30-day org-design experiment Use this for a real boundary, span, or layer problem that is already visible in planning, incidents, or approvals. 1. Name the live friction pattern. State which design variable you are testing: span, boundary, or layer. Write the one change you will run for 30 days. Define the evidence you will inspect weekly. Decide what result would justify making the change durable and what result would end it.
