Work the kiosk jam on one A3

Use an A3-style sequence to define a parking kiosk problem, identify cause, select countermeasure, and verify effect.

North pay station jams average 11 times per week, mostly between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. A3 problem solving: current condition -> target -> root cause -> countermeasure -> result -> standardize. The common shortcut is to reboot, reload, and write a note without proving what condition creates the jam. Before Seven reboots in one week, no shared jam log, and no proof whether paper, users, or hardware caused the defect. After Reload checklist, test print, marked paper orientation, and a weekly jam count reviewed in shift huddle. Current condition Count jams by station, time, attendant, and last paper reload.…
