Use RACI to clarify ownership for a cross-role pediatric practice process.
The move: name the owner before the handoff fails. RACI works because it makes invisible assumptions visible. Pediatric practice teams often say 'we all handle that' about processes that carry real risk: immunization inventory, urgent calls, form turnaround, referral loops, and lab follow-up.
