You need to improve recall completion for 5-year-olds missing a school-required vaccine, but staff can only run one small test this week. Model for Improvement: aim, measure, change idea, then Plan-Do-Study-Act on a small scale. The common trap is calling the whole list without a prediction, which creates activity but weak learning. Step 1 Aim: Schedule 10 of 30 overdue 5-year-olds for MMRV by Friday at 5 p.m. The aim names population, target, and deadline.
