Ask before you infer intent
Choose a perspective-getting move when a teammate's behavior is ambiguous.
Launch notes are stuck, Alex has gone quiet, and Priya is filling in the blank. What should Priya do before deciding Alex is blocking the release? Ask Alex what concern or constraint he is seeing that Priya is not seeing yet. Strong. This is perspective-getting: it replaces an inferred motive with Alex's actual information and moves the conversation from blame to constraint.
