Sort inventory into control lanes

Sort pharmacy inventory examples into appropriate control intensity lanes.

Control intensity should match patient impact, lead time, cost, storage sensitivity, and shortage risk. Equal review time is not equal risk control. High-risk items need earlier signals and named owners; routine items need simple reorder discipline; slow movers need watch-and-release logic so cash is not trapped in inventory that rarely turns.
