An unexpected file share, sign-in link, calendar attachment, or “review these materials” message lands in your inbox or chat. You want a lightweight routine that catches the obvious misses before convenience takes over. When a file or sign-in request arrives unexpectedly, I will check the sender address, inspect the destination before clicking, and move to the real app or portal if the identity or path feels off.
