Recall the strongest phishing checks fast enough to use them in the moment.
What is the first high-signal sender check? Make sure the sender name and the actual sender address match the identity being claimed. A correct display name with the wrong address is a structural clue, not a style issue. Which is stronger: “the email sounds normal” or “the link destination matches the real service”?
