Prioritize compliance fixes based on category role, shopper mission, and visibility.
Not every variance has the same business impact. Category management gives the shelf a strategy. Some categories are destination categories: shoppers come to the store for them and expect high trust and availability. Some are routine categories, some are impulse categories, and some are seasonal support. The planogram reflects those roles by assigning space, adjacency, and visibility. When time is short, prioritize the variance that damages the shopper mission or the category role most.
