Turn a Complaint Into a Five-Why Fix

Use 5 Whys and Five Hows to convert a customer complaint into a corrective process action.

A customer disputes a pump part charge because the repair was completed before explicit price approval. 5 Whys finds the process gap; Five Hows turns the gap into a practical corrective action.
