Run the Day from the Route Bottleneck
Identify the route constraint and protect it before adding more work to the day.
The move: plan around the scarce hour, not the loudest task. A pool route can be full and still be badly planned. The Theory of Constraints helps by asking one question first: what limits the whole system today? In pool service, the limiting point may be a licensed repair tech, a truck with a specific tool, a parts pickup, or the office person who can authorize a price exception.
