Lock the print spec before the estimate

Use SIPOC to define job boundaries, inputs, outputs, and customer requirements before quoting a print job.

The move: quote the process, not the hope. A print request often arrives as a desired object: brochure, carton, mailer, poster, label. Production needs a process definition.
