Create a concrete plan to use MoSCoW in an upcoming timeboxed scope decision.
Use MoSCoW to clarify scope in a constrained delivery window a sprint, launch, board deck, hiring plan, or customer commitment with more requests than capacity I’ll open the discussion with: "For this timebox, Must means the outcome fails without it. Should means important but survivable. Could means only after Must and Should. Won’t means explicitly not this time." In the next sprint planning session where more tickets are proposed than fit, test each Must-have against failure of the sprint goal. In a launch readiness review, move at least one desirable item to Could or Won’t-have-this-time to protect the launch timebox.…
