Run optimization as PDCA, not platform poking
Use PDCA to plan, test, read, and standardize one programmatic optimization change at a time.
The move: change one lever with a hypothesis and a readout window. Programmatic optimization creates feedback fast, but feedback is only useful when the test is legible. PDCA gives the work a rhythm.
