Loop small before you loop big
Use a PDCA loop to test and improve a single prompt-chain step before running the whole chain.
The move: test the link before you trust the chain. PDCA is a simple loop: Plan, Do, Check, Act. In prompt chaining, the loop keeps you from debugging only at the final output. Start with one step, state what good looks like, run it on a small sample, inspect the output, and change the prompt or schema before scaling.
