The move: keep environment-specific values out of the workflow code. A Python automation usually has two kinds of information. Stable workflow logic says what the script does. Configuration says where it runs, what credentials it uses, which folder or API it targets, and whether it should write real changes. Put These Outside Code Credentials, tokens, usernames, machine paths, email recipients, API hosts, date ranges, feature flags, and dry-run settings.
