Use SIPOC to define the boundaries and data contract for a Python automation before writing code.
The move: write the process map before the script. SIPOC gives you a compact view of the workflow that Python will inherit. Start with the customer and output, then work backward to the inputs and suppliers. This keeps the automation tied to the business result instead of the first file you happen to receive.
