Choose the fair bank-lobby move

Choose a queue action that protects fairness when multiple service points are open.

Two tellers are open. One customer is drifting outside the visible line. What should the branch lead do right now? Step to the entrance, guide everyone into one visible line, and explain that the next available teller calls the next person Correct. A single visible line protects FIFO fairness and reduces the anxiety of choosing the wrong teller. Let each teller pull whoever looks ready so the lobby clears faster Weaker.
