Run a two-day emotion-read experiment in real work conversations. Choose one upcoming meeting, one 1:1, or one customer/internal stakeholder conversation where emotional cues affect decisions. After the conversation I will log: Cue I noticed; context around it; my granular hypothesis; the check question I asked; what I learned or updated. In two days, review whether your checked read differed from your first read and what question improved accuracy.
