Use DMAIC to fix duplicate events

Order counts are inflated because the mobile app emits a second purchase event when the confirmation API times out and retries. DMAIC turns a recurring pipeline defect into a controlled process improvement. The common trap is patching the dashboard with a one-off DISTINCT while leaving the event contract and retry behavior unchanged. Before Dashboard query uses COUNT(*) on purchase events and support handles complaints when numbers later reconcile down.
