Stop the lead handoff shrug with a RACI
Clarify who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed at each point in a lead handoff.
RACI is a handoff clarifier, not a status chart. Use it when work crosses teams, systems, or approval points. In revenue operations, that usually means lead routing, stage changes, enrichment, forecasting inputs, territory changes, or renewal alerts. The value is not the grid itself.
