Build a claims ledger

Create a claims ledger that makes an AI output reviewable and auditable.

The move: split the polished draft into claims before you judge it. A claims ledger is a working review table, not a bureaucratic artifact. Put one claim per row. Add the source or mark it as missing. Add risk: low if it only affects wording, medium if it shapes an internal decision, high if it affects a person, customer, money, policy, or public trust.
