Write the provenance note
Write a compact provenance note for AI-assisted work.
The move: leave a trace that names source, transformation, reviewer, and decision. A provenance note does not need to be long. It needs to answer four questions. What source material did the AI use? What did the AI do to it? Who checked the risky parts? What is this artifact approved for? This matters because AI-assisted work can blur responsibility. The final deck may look human-authored, the model may have shaped the summary, and the evidence may live in a separate folder.
