Coach the thinnest skill, not the loudest moment
Use a skill matrix to identify the narrowest high-leverage gap instead of coaching every flaw you noticed.
One debrief, one skill focus A call can go sideways in many visible ways, but reps do not improve by hearing every visible way at once. Improvement usually comes from moving one underlying capability from inconsistent to repeatable. The skill matrix is useful because it helps you compress symptoms into root causes.
