Urgency is not the same as importance. The operating idea Sales operations is exposed to every pain signal in the commercial system. That makes urgency contagious. The Eisenhower Matrix gives the team a simple language for triage: do urgent and important work now, schedule important work that is not urgent, delegate or batch urgent but lower-impact work, and decline work that does not matter enough.
