Make near misses safe to say out loud
Describe how a salon manager can use psychological safety to improve service quality without lowering standards.
The move: reward early risk reporting, then improve the process. Many salon failures have a warning moment: a formula seems off, a note is missing, a tool is not ready, or a timing assumption feels wrong. Psychological safety determines whether that warning is spoken while it can still help. Safety and accountability need each other. If you skip safety, people hide risk. If you skip accountability, the same risk repeats. The manager has to protect both.
