Walk a noisy rule through safe tuning
Use a PDCA tuning sequence to reduce SIEM rule noise while preserving tested detection signal.
Noisy service rule The rule catches one real case but creates enough false positives to bury the queue. Deleting it loses signal; keeping it unchanged trains analysts to ignore it. PDCA tuning Plan -> Do -> Check -> Act Tune by running a small experiment against the rule's purpose. Reflex Delete or tolerate Noise drops only if detection coverage remains visible.
