Segment by the job the text does
Use customer jobs and STP to choose SMS segments that match intent and message value.
The move: segment by situation, then position the text around that situation. Jobs to Be Done shifts the question from "Who is this person?" to "What progress are they trying to make?" STP turns that into execution: segment the customers, target the group that has the active need, and position the SMS as the shortest path to progress. SMS is not a good place for broad persuasion.
